2. Description of Services
KADO Cleaning Services provides domestic, commercial, and specialist medical cleaning services. The specifics of the service (including scope, frequency, and cost) will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement or quote provided to the client.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Clients may request services via our website, phone, or email. We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of a cleaning appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in a written contract (such as for ongoing commercial services). We accept various forms of payment which will be communicated upon booking.
5. Liability and Damages
While we take the utmost care while cleaning your property, accidents can happen. We are fully insured. Any claim for damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of the service completion. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage arising from improperly secured items.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
